I think because consoles be it the PS3 or the 360 are one spec we the console owners actually get the hardware to be used to it's full capacity and often end up with games that are not that far off a high end PC and yet so little RAM, Crysis is just one example of what a high end PC can do but they are few and far between, I expect great things from Cryengine 3 purely based on the efforts they made with the PC, just imagine what they will be able to do with a dedicated platform, overall I am ...
some devs are better than others, maybe devs like these should move to the indie games section of Xbox-live and leave the Halo stuff to Bungie, because I doubt they meant it to be this bad but if you are on a limited budget and cannot evolve the game into it's full potential then you would be much better going for lower budget options e.g. shadow complex type games.
