without the help of a buddy, it does make a difference, this is a point some of you are missing, don't knock it unless you have tried it, anyone who has played Gears 1 on the hardest setting along side a buddy will know what I mean, they will also know what I mean when I say that for some reason GOW2 was easier than the 1st on the hardest setting, the whole point however is that it does add a lot to the game and does warrant a higher score if this is the case, KZ2 would be better with CO-OP, ...
this is japan remember, those figures are very good for the Xbox-360, it shows genuine interest in the product.

some of you guys go too far, based on games like Gears 2 that game out so soon after gears 1 don't be surprised if right now someone is working on a game for the Xbox-360 which will also change people perspective on what it can do graphically, and please stop with the Uncharted beats eveything on the Xbox-360 because Gears looks better.
Why is when someone shows a crisp screenshot of a game like fable or Gears 2 which we can all clearly see matches anything on the PS3 apart from maybe KZ2 we get a bunch of people posting shots like this uncharted one and tell us the Xbox-360 has nothing like it, this is just not true, Gears 2 easily graphics just has good if not better than Uncharted.

the overall effect of KZ2 looks the best compared to Gears 2 but to be honest there are better looking levels in Gears than this one shown, disagree all you like but I am being honest, now we have seen the opening levels and we are now seeing ones like this I am starting to think that KZ2 is not quite up to the hype.
I say it how I see it, I would like a PS3 and although it is too expensive for the masses I can appreciate that saying 'it is bad value for money' would now be a false comment, but the Xbox-360 being at such a low price point makes it harder to justify the PS3 price point, but you do get a lot for your money with the PS3, will we ever see a £200 price point? if so count me in, until then I will just have to wait.
I will give you the AA but from what I recall AA aside that is how the game looks, for the record I have always prefered the VGA cable over HDMI, give it a try, the overall effect is much better and there are no colour distortions, I find with HDMI I can see blocks of colour in darker areas, VGA does not have this problem and the AA is also better.

if I did I would have tried the beta, all I am saying is that I cannot tell from a video, anyone who has seen the best bits of Gears 2 will tell you that videos do not do it justice, and yes the PS3 is out of my price range, I used to be an impulse buyer but now I wait, everything that a lot of you have paid double for I will be playing once the price is right.
These 2 stills of KZ2 and GOW2 have all the detail, and they are both impressive.
not big on the FF games but maybe I should play from start to finish and see what I think, I am more of a Zelda type myself.
because this video does not impress me much, it has always been the environments that I don't like.
