The dev clearly misspoke, If they were able to get this new TR into 4K/60 on X1X, then they should've been able to have achieved it on "Rise of the Tomb raider' also. I knew that it was BS when said that on the live interview. I presume it will rendered just how they did it for Rise.

I've been looking at game footage of this game foe some time now. THIS GAME DOESN'T LOOK NOR FEEL VERY HYBORIAN AGE TO ME AT ALL!! I still rather play SKYRIM than waste my time and attention on this bland looking game.
Seems to me like this writer feels that the PS5 & XBOX 4 will be nothing more than 'Higher-End Updates' of their irritative Pro & X1X upgrades that may arriving sooner than holiday 2020.
It's still going to be the same core gameplay mechanics with a few miner upgrades which is never bad so to speak. I just don't understand after all the 'DINGS' (Brutal Knock-ens) Lara took through out both games, she or the devs would've by now designed her to smarting up and ware what any 'Modern Adventurer' should ware if one of her core game-play mechanics evolves Platforming or Spelunking.
