Short answer, HELL YEAH, You can tell the difference, anybody says you really can't just has poor eyesight. 60fps is more milky smoother than 30fps,

This doesn't mean that 30fps is unplayable & bad for gaming, it just means that 60fps is superior, the next level up! And if your system PC/Console/tablet or smartphone is capable of running games at this frame-rate, it shows as a testimate to the capability of your system power.
I just hope IF Sony Bend does bring back Syphon Filter, PLEAASSSEEEEE bring back the *original voice actors for the main lead characters Gabe L.(John Chacon)

I came to the 2 conclusions on "Washed out" thing.
1)It was due to the PS3's lack of memory. 256/256mb split between OS & GPU. Just wasn't enough memory available to give those sharper textures & richer colors the 360 could output.
2)Ps3's API LibGCM and PSGL & the N70 RSX GPU's 24 "Parallel & 8 vertex Pixel-Shader ALU" was just inferior & outdated compared to x360's XENOS unified 48 "Vector Sh...
Good comparisons, but what the deal with PS4's color depth? Their color depth always seem weaker, too high on white levels or contrast to light. I also always notice these when in comparison with x360/Xb1 multi-plats games.

Mmm, I mentioned if H1z1 could have Stormy/Rain type weather in a earlier blog. Now, how about winter seasons with snow all around, and last, an easter egg of "Tornadoes", F1 to F5 types, they won't happen frequently, just very rarely, kinda like that giant Megaladon shark that jumps out the ocean in BF4.

According to Gamereviewradio, XB1 is rated the console for those who mostly want to play multiplayer SHOOTERS, then again wasn't the x360 was the same?
Most of my x360 games are shooters with the exception of 1 space game, 1 fighterjet game & 2 driver games, all my titles are either FPS or 3rd person shooters. My Ps3 is mostly about everthing else plus FPS.

This could be another one of those typo advertise glitches that happens so often.
But if not, and ME trilogy is coming out for P4/X1? All I can say to that is this, PORT THE PC version! It's the best graphically and also being that the consoles are now pc's, porting it would be next to effortless.
And also, Bethesda mind as well as port over the PC version of "Elder Scrolls V SKYRIM :Legendary Edition" over too! That games needs to be port...

But don't fall for the belief that you'll be seeing the same quality visuals when you pop the disc in your console a play on on your whatever sized HDTV, this footage, in fact all these videos they are showing the world are off the PC BUILD, not ANY off the consoles.
This game looks astounding cuz, what their showing us is off the PC BUILD! There's no way the PS4 & XB1's gonna look this CRISP on our HDTV's.
In terms of perfomance power, Ps4/Xb1 doesn't impress pc enthuesists. Ps4's HD 7870 gpu was considered a solid mid_range performer in 2012, and it's gpu has been gimped by down clocking the MHz & disabling 2 f it's cores to better accomidate it's low power supply. But what makes both Ps4 & Xb1 "state of the art" is it's new Hardware Intergration" tech. Putting Cpu/Gpu & memory controllers together on a single chip. This is what make the cons...
