problems in the us economy have worldwide repercussions. Canadian dollars usta be worth half a US dollar, making it a great outsourcing opportunity for US companies. now the currencies are pretty even.

the cloverfield monster in resistance 2 demo was cool, but the gameplay and the whole running away from the monster sequence was crap compared to what we saw of gears 2. if resistance 2 outsells gears 2 i will eat my hat.

I was actually pretty disappointed by the scope of interactions in GTA IV. Look at how many options you have for interacting with the world when you're out and about in the city. Carjack. Push/punch. Jump. Climb up on. Shoot. Drive. Pretty tough to build a "profound and poignant" connection to a world I can only influence throu...

they've done so many creative finishers already: babalities, brutalities, friendships, suicides, etc. i will be really disappointed if they dont do something interesting with the DC chars.
valve is probably the most generous/least evil publisher out there and have said that they'll continue to support the first game. so don't you even want to hear what the rest of the new stuff is before you fly off the handle?
