1.) As an American gamer, of course my region is the most important to me and effects me directly more than any other region. But I wouldn't go as far to say "I don't care about sales in other regions".

2.) I don't view this article as "fanboy coddling", but more in-line with reporting what makes sense. And also, how games journalism regarding sales data isn't what it could/should be. As a proponent of better journalism yourself, you could agree right?

Don't you have to format the HDD? So your data will be lost right?

Would be nice if I could do so and retain all of my data!

I'm not ashamed to say I used the guide. A lot of times, I enjoy games the same or more when using them. But that's just me.

I played White Tendency my first play through, but there's still many events I haven't done. I hope the new NPCs and Events remain forever, but once the holidays past, they could set Player's Tendencies to normal.

This is a great way to enhance the post-release support for my favorite RPG of the year, but my PS3 is currently broken (YLoD). I fear that my save data will be lost forever... It happened days after I began new game + as well.

Man, I wish From Software would've just let players transfer saves! I hope everyone enjoys this and happy holidays...

PS. Speaking of post-release support, what do you guys think of DLC for this game? What if FS released (orig...

I've had a 360 since May of 2006 :). First got Gold with Gears of War (which to this day is one of my favorite games online this gen). After having it for a few years, I realized I wasn't playing many games online on the 360.

That's because there are near-identical and robust online experiences on other platforms for free. So now, my PS3 is my main platform for online console gaming. My 360 is mainly for some multiplats and single-player exclusives. And as of now, Conviction isn'...

Conviction is revealing itself to be one of the best games of 2010. This sounds interesting, and as game development progresses, I see more shooters/ action-adventure titles adopting slight role-playing elements. Regarding customization and upgrades that is.

Too bad I won't be able to play the co-op! I don't have, nor do I plan on getting XBL...

1.) Timbaland, the hop-hop/pop/RnB producer helped develop music for the PSP "video game" Beaterator.

3.) Timbaland "quitting" hip-hop could mean: a.)No Beaterator sequel; b.) Any Beaterator sequel could be less hip-hop inspired; c.) Timbaland will not work on Beaterator sequel. Any of these are possible I think.

2.) Hip-hop gamer reports hip-hop news and gaming news. Especially if they link relate to each other.

he wasn't solely referring to blind people. Games or control schemes that cater to various disabilities should be created IMO.

I remember when a disabled (or rather challenged by conventional control setups) gamer asked Naughty Dog if they could consider implementing the option to swap the sticks for aiming and shooting on the DS3 for Uncharted 2. It's great that ND listened and actually implemented it :).

A PS3 user asked Guerrilla Games to allow 100% custom control...

I don't doubt that one bit. But it could be a matter of geographic location or even store inventory. I used to be a shift manager at Blockbuster in metro Atlanta. While DVD was and still is the most popular, BD is steadily growing. Don't even mention VHS because the company got rid of that long ago lol.

I do remember one lady (think she was a teacher) looking for a movie on VHS...

What's important is that prices decrease. The BDA should make dual-layers popular or st...

Actually I've read that BD is being adopted at a faster rate than DVD was back in the day. I'm too lazy to look for the articles lol. No doubt, that DVD is still more popular at the moment. I think it remains a feat none-the-less.

Couple that with the obvious format war victory, HDTV penetration rate (only growing), and price drops, I think BD could become the mainstream format soon. I think the BDA should have done this dual-format thing since the beginning like HD-DVD.

There could be some truth to this. I won't jump the gun on possible coincidences, but I'm a victim of FW updates affecting my TREY!

My 60GB got YLOD the day before MGS4 released! It was out of warranty, and I couldn't wait for the game, so I bought a 40GB that day. Now, just 30 minutes ago (days after 3.10), my 40GB died! I'm so upset and sad :(. Because it too is out of warranty by 5 months...

I ordered it during the announcement...It says it'll be arriving tomorrow, 11/06/09.

That was faster than I expected. They weren't lying about very soon.

Maybe it would be nice if the game noticed whether or not your chat friends are in your multi-player session. That would solve all problems, well, besides you not actually communicating to your team lol.

5976d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

Def. not a deal breaker, but it would make the deal so much more lucrative :P :D.

I'm still skeptical until I see multiple publications confirm this info from Poly.

5976d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

I don't care about the misleading title...

So, it's nice for devs to have the option to exclude private chat if they want to preserve the rules and experience of their multiplayer components.

Also, it seems like MW2 players won't be able to party/private chat! Am I reading that correctly? My little bro won't like that lol!

5976d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

Yeah, I'm still not jumping on this bandwagon yet. Lord knows I want this news to be true though!

Forgive me for being a bit skeptical of the publication and this email to Poly...

I'm waiting for some more publications to contact them and confirm it. This would be epic news if true :).

That was funny, but I'm not one to complain. Is this a consistent issue with the game (for those who have it already)? If so, then the critical reception isn't reflective of that. So, I'm gonna assume its not..

I'm passing on Forza 3 for some other games this year...

Having to use a disc is not an annoyance to me at all. I mean, for a year, this will be the only "handicap" for the service on PS3. 360 users (including myself) had to queue movies on a computer before watching. I didn't find that annoying personally, but it was indeed a problem for a lot of people, one which was resolved a *year* later...Not to mention the persisting barrier of requiring XBL Gold...

but not much...

Initially I had to do a double-take and look for the logo to discover which was which.

FM3 should look better overall, but from these screens, it doesn't seem to be a great leap. A side-to-side comparison on my TV would be fair.

Lastly, is it just me, or does FM2 actually look better in some of these pics?

Why in the world was this approved? It's old man!

Good score and review still, but the comment in the conclusion is unprofessional.
