Lol so ps4 fans do envy the XB1 and kinect, I knew it. Also you got 5 likes, so people agree. Now we are getting somewhere, towards finding the root of some of that negativity towards the XB1. You are bound to get a bunch of dislikes now.
I respect that,definitely some good sales for Sony. I'm also impressed with the XB1 numbers, even the Wii U aren't that bad. maybe if the leadership stopped with the doom and gloom, more people would buy one.

You should just stick to talking positively about the ps4, because when you brought up the games point it kind of invalidates your whole argument. MSFT has invested heavily into games this generation and it is showing, I think they have the strongest 2014 lineup. PS are we already saying battle over after 2.5 months. I'm trying to do the match and I'm convinced there is no way PS4 launch titles have outsold XB1 launch titles 3:1 WW. There was just an article shown that the attachment rate for the Xb1 is higher than the ps4. How articles like this get published is beyond me Look at vgchartz they have global software at 9.7 million on ps4 and 8 million on Xb1, even if they are off by a wide margin it would have to be 24 million for the ps4 and 8 million for XB1 to have a 3:1 ratio. Must everything be a comparison, there are so many factors that go into sales. Not to mention we are comparing a FPS to an Action Adventure game. Titanfall is going to sell a ton, as well as Infamous. The difference is people probably bought an XB1 this early because of Titanfall, I don't believe that is the complete case for Infamous.
Come on Microsoft, don't go this route. The XB1 is a great system, don't make it look like you are desperate. As a 360 and XB1 owner I'm not feeling this, its good business, but this move is more than likely to be twisted negatively. Your 2014 game lineup should do the talking, it's the best lineup of all the consoles.

Great news as my preorder is at walmart, I can pick it up and be playing by 12:30, gamestop always has long lines. I also love the confidence they are showing, giving everyone access is saying our game is so great once you get a fix, you will be hooked. I'm definitely Preparing For Titanfall.

I was a ps2 gamer during this time i never had the privilege to play Halo 2 more than a few times. I would love to play the HD version, but I would rather play Halo 5. I hope Halo 5 is still on target for a Nov 2014 release, but I don't want them rush greatness. I'll have Titanfall and Destiny to fulfill my shooter fix if I have to wait until 2015, Halo will have the stage all to itself.

Just because I'm all about objectivity, Does this count as spin by Sony. They know damn well 2.1 million didn't buy that game, they included forced bundles as sales. If they did sell 2.1 million that's impressive, but not more impressive than the twitter conversation on this post lol. Lastly this was like the only big ps4 exclusive people had to buy something, the problem is gamers realized their mistake and probably resold the game.

I think he was being pc, he knows it isn't going to be on 360. It wont be out until like 2016, focus on making it the best title it can be on XB1.

So which is it, did ps4 fans want Titanfall or not? Judging by the many articles, ps4 fans didn't want it, now they are talking about the what ifs. EA took the guaranteed money and went with the system known for online gameplay and where shooters flourish. Compare the success of KZ, resistance, & mag to Halo and GOW.
Not to mention shooter software sales COD Ghosts-4.8 million on 360, 2.7 million on ps3. Battlefield 4 1.5 million on 360, 800k on ps3. Put it like this every COD...
Do you guys not understand it takes money to pay third party developers. Given their current financial state I would assume Sony is risk averse. Sony is smart by investing its resources into the ps4. The vita was a shot in the dark, they never had a chance to be a big player in handhelds. If ps4 players being able to play ps4 remotely isn't enough to entice people, there is not much else you can do.
