Good One!!!
MSFT is going NUCLEAR at E3.
I think it's starting to become a trend for XB1 developers. Didn't Insomniac say something very similar about having a lot of fun with SO. Hopefully since each are having fun, they turn out their best work. Quantum Break just looks crazy good.
From what I saw in the teaser it looks interesting. In the game you play the hero, in the episodes you learn about the villains. That choking scene was pretty intense, so it should have some good action. Can't wait for this game.
It has nothing to do with MSFT fixing anything, this is the new marketing scheme for small indie games. If there was no mention of XB1 in the title no one would click this article.
@Allsysemgamer I'm not blind, MSFT had over 250 indies signed up for id@xbox months ago: including the Behemoth making an XB1 exclusive. Not every partnership works out and that's fine, but now to announce why______ game isn't coming to Xb1 is a new way of marketing.
Forza 5 level car detail, weather system, drive-a-tars, hundreds of cars, open world. LETS GO!!!
IGN Ryan McCaffery tweeted that the 360 verion is being developed by FWIW and the XB1 version will be developed by Playground only. You all will have to find another way to downplay more postive XB1 news.
FM5 engine, weather cycle, HUNDREDS of cars, drive-a-tars. FH2 will be the premeir racer this fall.
Phil Spencer will leave a grand impression in his first E3 as the XBOSS.
MSFT is bringing the GAMES!!!! I love that Forza Horizons 2 is coming this fall against stiff competition, I think Playground Games is confident they have a good one in Horizons. Can't wait to hear more at E3. Also everyone one seems to be jumping the gun about the cross gen, I'm sure MSFT isn't going to hold itself back when developing for the XB1.
PS why are the goal post always move for MSFT. We heard how they abandoned 360, now when they are getting supported ...
The fact that R@D chose 30fps over 60fps speaks volumes.
That Asian gamer isn't ungrateful he is just holding Sony accountable, something American and European gamers refuse to do. Sony promised 30+ games and 12 new ips in the first year. I count knack and soon drive club.
I will say though the Asian gamer should be a bit more informed.
@scottyhoss I am a gamer like everyone else.
ND must be threatened to issue this statement, especially saying pure marketing hyperbole. He sounds like all of you, this must be pre June 2nd damage control. Also sony execs sure worry alot about what MSFT is doing, saying DX12 will do nothing and planning a reactionary E3.
This guy must be privileged to get access to DX12 this early lol. This damage control excites me, because if it was nothing the ICE TEAM wouldn't care.
We'll see June 2nd.
I literally scrolled through all 31 comments, AND NOT 1 EVEN MENTIONED THIS GAME. That proves what I have been saying all along, a bunch of games no one cares about are not coming to XB1, if not for the not coming to XB1 in the title no one would care. Heck, the title picture is of an XB1 and the game is not coming to XB1 lol. PS The better indie develops like The Behemoth, Capy, Undead... are developing for XB1, were good.
@xHeavyx your comment makes 32 not about the game lo...
I'm an AoE man myself, came with my first gateway computer a long time ago, but I also enjoyed Rise of Nations. RTS will work just fine on the XB1 with SMART GLASS and kinect integration.
I hope June 2nd they reveal the true power of DX12 and show what the XB1 can do. I just refuse to believe MSFT spent all that money on a customized GRU for nothing.
Not the smartest decision to make this squad based game single player only. Now a ton of people will just rent, beat, and return in one weekend. Or they will resale the game to gamestop, limiting R@D sales which can negatively skew the success of the game. The story may be great, but adding at least a co-op would only enhance the game.
This game looks like the total package, can wait to hear more at E3.
I'm trying to hold out from buying this game because I know it's coming to XB1, but the summer is just such a perfect time for this game.
This sounds pretty freaking disrespectful to some of the departures who played a pivotal role at ND.
