I get the no internet for some people thing but if you can't afford the internet why and how do you justify spending money on a PS3? A game rental at blockbuster is about the same price as internet for a month anyway.

I can see what he means. Say I'm in the middle of fighting that damn hell dog in GOW3 on titan and all the sudden, "yo whats up man.. how is GOW3 treating you? wanna play battlefield 2 in a bit?" That would piss me off. Easy enough to ignore a little box on the corner of the screen but a voice coming out of the blue is a different story.

So they are officially done MILKING dlc for this game? I mean to get 100% on day one you had to buy dlc. Then they charge $40 for some dlc, needless to say the first and last bioware game I ever buy unless I get a goty edition cheap long after it comes out.
I know I'll get hit for it but World at War was a kick ass game. If Trey can make it anything like that it will be good. The haters of that game just don't know how to dodge a nade, hint run away is often the best option. It's not a crime to go back and think about how you are going to do it. Run smart though, keep something between you and the opfor. Heart of the Reich though ya that is a betch and a half but feels so good when you beat it on vet.
How HS got hated on is beyond me. Short and sweet, like most games these dayes only HS was soooo sweet.

This is a hard one for me. I don't think a game should have you be Taliban but at the same time it's freedom of speech. I'm sure a lot of our grandfathers would cringe at the thought of being a nazi in a game. In the end though it's freedom of speech, people can make whatever they want and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I just don't get how people can support this. It is a $100 game at the very least if you buy it day one. Let me back track a second, I got DA:O on release day. The disc has DLC trophies on it DAY 1. They charge $40 for DLC and people still are excited about it?? Call me old fashion but I think the $60 I paid day one should get me the whole game... not even talking about the $40 DLC(That came later, only $15 to get all the trophies on the disc, with the 1 dlc you don't get free). The problem you have with the controls are no auto aim. You actually have to aim your weapon and that is obviously more they you can handle.
After MW2 it's hard to argue. But World at War was a kick ass game, if they keep that theme going it should be good at least.
I won't buy Bioware games because they have release day dlc. To each his own though.

Fred what will you do when a game has to have the latest firmware to work? You just want to play old games? Single player or not they will require a certain firmware.
Beat the game on normal and was up near the end of the train on elite when my laser decided to take a crap on me. Bought a new PS3 with the two year warranty. After that when I went to backup that save it was locked:( I just quit right there, wasn't about to start all over again. Was a VERY good game though.
