Apple CANNOT buy Sony. They can form a partnership. They can merge. They CANNOT buy Sony!
Sony's assets are far greater than Apple, even if revenue isn't as high as Apple's. Sony can and will pay off most of, if not all, of its debt. They know what they're doing. An American company is not going to buy the most successful Japanese electronics distributor in history!
