I'm completely with you @sourOG. I wouldn't classify that as left or right though, just being principled about your support. Unless you wanted the government to step in, then maybe.
The learning curve for PC games is ridiculous. I don't mind losing, but getting stomped by an endless stream of 1,000 hr+ tryhards in any given game and then getting roasted in chat isn't fun to me.

For me, even though I haven't played nearly as many games as others, I'd have to say Dreams is my game of the generation. It's by no stretch as popular or its practices as templated as Fortnite's, but it is one of the few games that pushes boundaries and couldn't have been accomplished a generation before.

Are you kidding me? Gaming is dirt cheap compared to every other form of entertainment, YouTube aside. I can go to the bar and spend $20 on alcohol that will barely get me buzzed. Or I can buy a 2 year old game for the same price that will give me anywhere from 1 to 1000 hours of entertainment. Gaming is ridiculously consumer friendly.
