I don't like to jump the gun on things that I don't really know about or I'm not sure about so I won't say Sony can or can't do this but even if Sony didn't have the infastructure to do this I assume Microsoft might license this technology out just like they're doing with Havok
Also, I noticed that 1 group of people are pointing out the fact that another group of people stated that Microsoft and the Xbox One couldn't do cloud computing and it w...
There's a big difference between voting with an app and voting with your wallet. Votes on an app say 1 thing but the sales between both consoles is what really matters and the sales are saying something completely different.
@Tobesan
E3 is not centered and aimed towards the people? Have you watched E3's from ten years ago? Hell, have you been watching E3 recently? Since it's inception, E3 every year has became more and more geared towards fans over the years compared to how it use to be.
PGS is less of both? Last I checked PGS has had more attendee's last year than E3 did this year. Unless my math is off.. 270K is greater than 50k and PGS is expected to have even more attendee...
@jb227
At first I didn't understand why this guy was downplaying this event but then when he responded to me I decided to take a look a look at his posting history and it became very clear.. I bet you if Microsoft washaving a presser at PGS this guy would be foaming at the mouth for this event.
"Why would they announce anything big? Its half as big as gamescom and noone even knew this show before fanboys on this site hyped it."
Gamescom is bigger than PGS because it has more attendee's right? Gamescom also had more attendee's than E3 did this year, does that mean Gamescom is bigger than E3 as well? I'm only going by your failed logic.. Btw, PGS doesn't need to be as big as Gamescom. PGS is still a very big show that has had over 272k attend...
Trolls are in every community. Whether that be from the Xbox community or the PlayStation community. Hell you have Xbox guys like martinstrings that are on this very article that troll just about every positive PlayStation article. You act like trolls are exclusive to the PlayStation community. Trolls are in every community bro. It's the internet.
Anyways, visually I think the game looks good and this is coming from a PS fan. Enjoy Halo 5 on the 27th man.
@stuna1
PS4 has always not only had higher resolution on multiplats but it has also had better performance on games.
MULTIPLATS WITH HIGHER FRAME-RATE ON PS4 (source: Digital Foundry):
F1 2015 (higher resolution)
Project Cars (higher resolution)
Devil May Cry 4
Batman Arkham Knight (higher resolution)
Project Cars (higher resolution)
Mortal Kombat X (higher resolution)
Dark Souls 2

I feel like a lot of Xbox fans are jumping the gun on this DX12 stuff.
Several devs have stated that DX12 won't have a big impact on the performance of the Xbox One and even Microsoft execs like Phil Spencer have stated that DX12 won't have a big impact on the Xbox One's performance. There's nothing wrong with being excited for DX12 but if I was an Xbox fan I wouldn't hold my breath for it.
"The next PlayStation generation is better…"
I like the sound of that..
Same exact thing happened to me recently with my crimson red PS3 controller.. My PS4's left analog sticks rubbers also started tearing as well after 4 months of me getting the PS4 and I'm very delicate with my controllers.. I love PlayStation controllers but they break way too easily and there's always issues with the left analog sticks for some reason.
Now this issue seems more like a software related issue than a hardware related issue. Although I have a prefere...
That they are.. This generation I've honestly been enjoying more JRPG's than I have western AAA games. A lot of western AAA games have been pretty disappointing imo.
Oh great, now publishers are going to rip us off even more with pre-order DLC (as if it wasn't bad enough). If only there was a way to convince the masses to stop pre-ordering but I know that's not going to happen..
Every time I see stuff like this I get happier and happier that this game has been delayed. I love attention to detail.
The main PS4 exclusive JRPG's I'm looking forward too are Persona 5, The Last Guardian, Attack on Titan, Gravity Rush 2 and Nioh but those don't come out till next year..
I never played Dragon's Quest or any of the games in the Tales series but I might give either 1 of them a try. I only just got into JRPG's during the PS3 era so I didn't play any of the Tales and Dragon Quest games that came before on the PS1 and PS2. I'm not well versed in those...
"Bloodborn and Until Dawn are the two games that got the most critical success and the least push from Sony"
What are you talking about? Before Bloodborne launched I use to see a bunch of ads about it on the USA Network during RAW commercials and other shows and channels.. There were a bunch of adverts for Bloodborne on TV.
@DigitalRaptor
"This isn't the first time you've tried and failed to quote somebody"
A bit off topic but just about everything I was looking forward to this holiday year has either been delayed or it's had some bullcrap going on with it..
Uncharted 4 - Delayed
Persona 5 - Delayed
Star Wars: Battlefront - No campaign and not enough content to justify the price tag
Rainbow Six Siege - No campaign and not enough content to justify the price tag
So that leaves me with the Uncharted collection and I already own all 3 ga...
@sammarshall102
Wait a minute here.. You claimed a lot of the PS4 exclusives are niche titles and then you list Scalebound which is also a niche title. So basically the dozens of JRPG's on the PS4 don't count and are niche but when there's a JRPG on the Xbox One JRPG's all of a sudden count and aren't niche? I constantly see Xbox fans like yourself doing this. You'll exclude PS4 titles like Bloodborne and call them niche because it's a JRPG yet you...
Agreed.. The only good movie game I've played was Spiderman 2.. Movies based on videos games are usually not that good and video games based on movies are usually not that good either. I think both mediums just need to stay in their own lanes...
I love Uncharted but I'm not to interested or keen in an Uncharted movie either. I would definitely check it out though.. I assume that the film would do okay since Sony has a movie division and Sony is in the film industry but video game movies are just never really good...
Of course it is. Why would Sony announce any AAA games when Paris Games Week is a week away? As obsurd as this might sound, I honestly hope it's an indie game. I want Sony to save the big guns for Paris Games Week.
