I'd rather CD Projekt Red remain independent. They make great games already. They don't need EA. EA is just going to drag the studio through the mud and force the studio to include microtransactions, day 1 DLC, etc into their games.

I sorta agree. I think Sony would just prefer it if Naughty Dog just sticks to their guns and makes more PlayStation exclusives. Still, it would be awesome to see Naughty Dog work with Valve on Half Life 3. I think the game would end up being great. Too bad it will never happen though.
I have no doubt Naughty Dog would make a great Half Life 3 game but would Sony allow them to do it and would it be a PS4/PC exclusive? That's the real question.

Remember, Sony Japan is making TLG and Gravity Rush 2 but they also have another unannounced IP in the development.
Hopefully we get to see Gravity Rush 2 and maybe Sony Japan's other game.

I totally agree. KIllzone doesn't suck. Killzone had 4 good games, 1 was mediocre but that doesn't mean the whole series sucks. Series like Gears of War had 1 mediocre game in the series but that doesn't mean the other 3 suck. Not only that, this game is an open world, 3rd person shooter game which the Killzone games aren't either of the 2. This game is not even in the same genre as the Killzone games so idk why people are so worried about it ...

Is that why the game also sold so poorly on the Wii U and didn't even break a million? Remember the whole #operationplatinum movement that was started to get this game to sell a million on the Wii U which it failed at doing so?
Going by your logic, the Wii U's install base is also filled with mainly casual players since the game sold so poorly and didn't hit a million on the Wii U even with the #operationplatinum movement.

I'm not gonna lie.. I was expecting a bigger announcement from Jaffe at PSX than this. I was hoping it was a triple A game or something. All the build up and buzz of him being there just to announce this was a major let down in my opinion.. Exactly, I never said the game was exclusive. I said it STARTED on the PlayStation. Let me ask you something, If me and my friend started a business together does that negate the fact that I still started the business? No, it doesn't. You're right. MGS has started on the PlayStation and it has a long history on PlayStation. The same goes with Tomb Raider. It started on PlayStation and just feels like a PlayStation exclusive, that's why Microsoft and Square Enix got so much backlash for doing that deal
Hopefully these strong MGS 5 PS4 sales convince Konami to stay in the console market. I'm pretty sure they're reconsidering it after seeing these numbers.

Exactly, this report is only counting DIGITAL SALES and most PC gamers only buy digital copies whereas the majority of console gamers are still buying physical copies of games. Hell, lots of, if not the majority of PC games don't even come in physical copies nowadays so this news is not surprising.
Btw, Capcoms console digital sales aren't 50%. It's 60% for consoles. 10% for the Nintendo Network, 20% for XBL and 30% for PSN

Wow.. this is awesome but this service is not worth it to me right now. I'd rather have native backward compatibility and not be forced to pay for backward compatibility. Even if Sony doesn't add it, it isn't a big deal to me.
