100 dollars seems kind of drastic to me, so if it becomes a reality but that would make the PS3 more attractive to me. Also buying it for Blu-Ray.
I can see this story being blown way out of proportion.This is a good thing for the industry as a whole but having their games go multi-plat will lose their unique quality.T_T

I could swear this same argument was made around the arrival of the PS2 the only diffrence between the two is the even steeper learning curve.Sony actually helped 3rd parties in the past with development issues but I guess times have changed.Developers need time with the hardware to become familiar with it.How else will they produce something of quality.

I love the Dreamcast and loathe Sony and I have my reasons which are far deeper than the average fanboy could ever dream of.The point being the Dreamcast may have been an early casuality in the "War" but it is far more beloved and more hardcore than the PS3 could ever hope to be.end rant.
