Absolutely amazing.
Watching that made me go on youtube and search the actual game footage, so nostalgic.
I remember beating that game over and over and over.
The developers of this little MMO should've taken a cue from Dotgame Heroes and changed the look and name but keep the same formula.
Theres no doubt they'll be shutting this down before it reaches any significant point in its development.
A proper web browser would be incredible, the one now isn't terrible though, at least it has one, and it has no problem browsing through a lot of the web languages.
It just doesnt run very well.
The Facebook in PS3 is laughable ... but considering there's a WEB BROWSER, I bet they expect you to use that instead and dont really consider a Facebook App a priority.
Although they SHOULDVE made it correctly in the first place...
...
3rd party peripherals...
No overpricing.
But I wont say I wasnt interested in reading once I looked.
Good for him ... lol.
Yeah man, I was thinking the same thing ...
I dont really like that she's such a weird and somber sounding person. Its just my opinion of course so I wouldnt be surprised if i got disagrees, but she sounds a bit stoic.
I've only ever heard like a minute or two of footage so i'm sure throughout the game she shows some emotion.
We'll all just have to wait and see.
The only thing that bothers me is the fact that one of the things associated with the older iterations of Metroid is that you need to get stuck at some point. From what I've heard in this game it's not so hard that you get stuck or have to find your way, and there arent as many upgrades and things to find.
I've never played a metroid game that i could beat in 10 hours. (unless you play it already knowing what to do)
I just hope they gave it one...
I played that game constantly, i enjoyed playing in the old mickey world and playing through the timeline like steamboat mickey and kicking ass.
If Epic mickey is anything like Mickey Mania, I'll be happy.
(i'm 25 looking forward to a Mickey game)
HAHAHA, you're absolutely right. Cause you'd have to swap a couple DVDs to install that kind of space into the hard drive.
It'd be like Baldur's gate all over again with the 6 CD installs lol...
Ok but all kidding aside, everyone at this point should have a hard drive big enough to install this game, with all the new SKUs and what not. (on top of the neweggesque bargains)
So this is no big deal. I'm sure if you chose no...
haha.
On Topic, yeah those graphics are Sick. :)
3D arcades are going to be the next big thing. I guarantee it.
A Booth where you can put on goggles and play a 3D arcade....
ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
That's sick.
If I cant afford to do it at home, I'll go to an arcade and play 3D games all fu%$in day.
Looks to me like it'd be a memorable experience. Comedy and Video games are usually not always hand in hand. But this game seems to be focusing on a more humorous plot and protagonist, definitely gonna follow this game.
I never bought LBP1, but I liked the concept and everything, and I played the demo and was impressed, but it just wasnt my thing. I dont really get into the whole creating levels and everything, but i'll definitely pick up LBP2 and play other people's levels all day.
I think they're doing a great job with the out of game experience when it comes to kinect. The avatars and the dashboard are looking good.
But I doubt people are really interested in the new Dashboard and the avatars, and would like to hear more about third party support and games overall for the hardcore audiance.
GoW & Shadow of the Colossus are obvious.
The gameplay is very familiar, and I dont think that's what's going to impress the people that purchase it.
I think this game is going to blow the socks off of people, but not cause of the gameplay, more because of the dialogue and interactions with NPCs and the way the plot will unfold.
We've seen these gameplay aspects before and i'm not hating or trolling when I say that I hope ...
Sick people like this need to be locked up with the key inside a komodo dragon's stomach.
I agree with your Metroid: Other M comment, it seems to have been dumbed down.
I really enjoyed getting stuck and searching for all the hidden goodies ... to eliminate that from the game really shaves off a lot of hours.
Still a day 1 buy though!
On Topic:
Reach is going to be an absolutely amazing game for sure, because it HAS to be.
It's the last of the series, and they'll want to make sure people ...
After all this time, people were still playing Gears 2/CoD...cause those are the 2 games on XBL that are always on top of the traffic list.
I have friends that STILL play Gears 2 and then bounce over to CoD when they get bored, then back again etc etc, cause there's really not that many options at the moment with online gaming on XBL until Halo:Reach and the Next CoD release.
Halo:Reach is going to bring life back into the 360 for sure.
They dropped the ball by making it button-free though. I'm not hating on the Kinect, my honest opinion is just that having to use only your body seems to limit the potential of Kinect.
To say Hardcore Gamers will love Kinect is like saying Casual gamers will love Halo: Reach.
I personally hope the 360 comes out with sick Hardcore kinect games and maybe a peripheral that allows usage similar to the PS Move.
I know at this point it would ...
Uncharted 2 should get a patch for move support. It would work like a charm.
