I don’t know why the down votes, seems reasonable to me but I don’t know the specs. Do avr reviewers show latency tests? It would be bad to add 20-30ms even if in their bypass mode. I never really buy that avr’s aren’t doing something to games with all of that processing without independent tests to verify what they claim.
When there is 4X resolution boost, AA added, af at 16, frame doubled or even up to 120 what are you talking about. Did ps now start upgrading those? No so that’s the complaint. Plus brand new games are added not last gen versions, like I’m playing madden latest version not the last gen version.

It is tough for me to look at the some of that garb, but then I was playing Total War Arena and all of the ancient commanders had nutty suits on also. I think adding blood, dirt and damage is what these outfits need to be authentic.

What I’ve been doing is buying cheap used ps4 games on eBay that are cheaper than the digital sales. That way if there is an unpatched version that allows ps5 to play better I have it.
Also in the rare chance I need money I could sell the discs cheap for a few bucks, otherwise I don’t mind viewing...

I had OnLive and it was bad on a 30mb cable. I've had all consoles/pcs and thought the same as you but I tried GeForce and stadia, even Xbox oneX streaming on a 1 gig line and it was fine. I didn't notice the lag as much as the loss of detail without 4k.
