Pretty much.
You getting downvoted for stating the truth is bewildering. Usually we would know what Sony first party exclusives to look forward to in the next year & so far no firstparty PS exclusives have been announced for 2023 except for Spiderman 2 & it has no release date.
Money from GP & retail sales are different, the very reason newly released AAA multiplat games never really land on subscription services. PS Now doesn't even put their newly released first party exclusives on their service. The game may be a hit on GP because people didn't have to pay retail price but did a slew of people buy the game at retail price on PC & Xbox consoles where it really counts. I'm for one who didn't pay & I'm quite sure you & many others...
The game may be played by a large amount of GP subscribers but was it a success far as retail digital sales only?
I tried the game this weekend & it's not bad. I give it a 7.
Though it's a cute handheld I have no interest in the Switch first party exclusives which was the deciding factor it would be a waste of money for me to buy one.
Ultimate GP yearly should go down in price.
LOL! Not at all surprising.
You work for Sony to know first party exclusives will be released throughout 2023 up until Spider-Man 2 releases?
I care. I own a PS5 to play Sony's first party exclusives first & foremost along with 2nd & 3rd party exclusives & multiplats. Sony hasn't announced anything first party for the first half of 2023 & to me that's bewildering.
Guessing no first party AAA exclusives for the first 9 months from Sony for 2023, that's very surprising.
Old ass Far Cry 5? Far Cry 6 should be there instead.
The standard edition will do just fine.
It's probably going to look cheap with no big budget.
LOL!! Good! MS/XB needs to stop being lazy & start making video games or get out of the video gaming business.
It's ridiculous. They're in the wrong hobby to complain about a $10 increase of big budget video games.
Agreed. It's on GP as well.
It's also on GP.
Anyone downvoting you because of you stating that fact is clearly in denial. XB definitely needs to consistently start releasing some big XB only games.
Elden Ring.
