How does a console win a war? If it's by sales, then Nintendo won. If it's by popularity, that's difficult to answer. The Xbox is popular in the US and UK but the PS3 is popular everywhere else.

Maybe old George and co will stab Connor in the back at the end of Assassin's Creed 3. Don't rule it out. Ubisoft has said that Connor will be neutral in this game.

It was supposed to be originally, but when Platinum Games took over, the setting was changed.
Why do people assume MGS5 will take place after MGS4? MGR: Revengeance already has the future covered. I expect MGS5 to take place in the late 70s - 80s with Big Boss as the protagonist once again, with a possible cameo from Solid Snake.

I'm not so sure about that, Slant Six created a few SOCOM games, so maybe another Developer could adopt the franchise.
