No, he's right, it's classic god of war gameplay, apart from the graphics its virtually the same, thats not to say its not awesome, but dont expect the gameplay to be something different, cos its not. and besides what else would you want it to be?

Because every game with hype get's an auto 9 these days, it's like every popular game starts with a 9- and then is givin points from there, it's bull, this review is mega harsh, from what i played from the demo, it feels like a 7-8. 4 and 8 are way too low and way too high.
360 version- *riding around on a chocobo, go into new area- please change disc- *360 gamer, gets up, changes disc*.

Seriously who installs games on their 360 anyway? There's a reason it's OPTIONAL, it's not like the game will run Street fighter 4 on PS3 with no install- butt slow. I installed SF4 on the 360, and saw no real difference, so I never saw the point of installing on a 360- which is fine. Whereas the PS3 uses blu-ray, so the disc is SOOO slow- so you actually notice the difference when playin games like SF4 on the ps3 without install.
exactly, in fact in the UK version of this review (they use the exact same images actually- but they gave it 9/10) they have a qoute from David Jaffe, where he even says that the GOW combat is not as deep as other hack and slash, but what he was going for was that the combat was definitely entertaining. Which it is and it works for it.
demo was horrible, framerate issues, sound issues- Always freezing at that gap where you need to use icarus wings to get across (at least on mine)- and depending on the TV plays in black and white!. The worst part was level design, it's had me worried about GOW3 for a year now, the demo was just one straight line, I thought "Oh no they're going Uncharted and modern warfare route, with straight line campaigns with a couple of "OMG Cinematic slow-mo Goodness" bits in it, that wou...
