I know what a server list is... I have played plenty of CS and BF. There is a list of Warzones you can join. Yes you can create a warzone with the maps and settings of your choice. Of course you can join this warzone once it's created. You said you can't invite friends to your warzone, and that is completely false. Sorry you can't only join a game you know you're going to win.
You can do all of those things except for team voice chat and searching for a certain map, but you could create a warzone with the map of your choice...
The MP is the best around. Haven't touched the single player, but already got twice my money's worth.

I've had my PC for over a year now, and I don't regret it one bit. In my opinion it's much better than the PS3. I'll take Company of Heroes 2 and Planetside 2 over Last of Us and GTA V. I only want a PS4 for a few games (Killzone), but PC will be my main gaming platform from now on.

sincity the weight and input lag are 2 different things. KZ2 did have a poor response time. It's something that you get used to while playing though. The weighty feel is from the slower movement and a low max sensitivity. This coupled with how the weapons worked made for some very satisfying gunplay.
This game was a lot of fun. It's a shame Acclaim went under.
By VC do you mean Virtual console? You can download PS1, PSP, and PSV games on the PS Store.
New players should play in the 'New Recruits' warzone for as long as possible. There is a lot to learn, and experienced players will not make learning the game easy. Support class with a minigun or shotgun and spawn beacon is a good way to start. Make another class with the turret skill and switch between these two for best results.
