It's a lot of fun to discuss which system is better, and why it's the best out there. All of the current generation of gaming platforms are excellent, and provide great experiences to the gaming arena.

For all the hatin, Sony's PS3 will make (Yet again) most of the noise this year. With all the talk, Sony has produced it's games, AS PROMISED AND ON TIME! M.A.G. IS NOT THE HALO KILLER!!! Just wanted to get that out there, for the X360/PS3 superfans. IN fact, Sony has NEVER nor with they EVER produce a Halo (Or Gears) killer in the future. What Sony does is makes AAA, million+, world-wide hitz. PS3 can get hated on (Mostly by America), but the PS3 has produced more blockbuster hitz THAN ANY OF IT'S COMPETITORS, and that is not "flame-bait."

Obviously, the next Microsoft system can do without the RROD and E7 error issues. Blu Ray will be on the next system as well, and they can talk about how it is not needed, but MS also said the Wii Avatars, motion controller, and platformers were bad ideas.....not look at what their doing.
There will be Halo and Gears of War sightings of course, and hopefully, (In Halo's case) the graphics will warrant the purchase of another system. ( It will sell units, no matter what. Halo 3...
If it weren't for PS3, I don't know if Microsoft would have ANY subtitles on here. Where the hell is HUXLEY and ALAN WAKE? Killzone 2 sold a million world-wide copies in 2 and a half weeks. (This even came from the VERY biased VG Charts web post.) Yea, I know Killzone 2 didn't put up Halo or Gears numbers, but Sony has 12 exclusives that have sold between 1-5.5 million units. (MGS4 sold 5.5 million.) I won't bash or try to convert people into PS3 gamers, but Sony's competition can't say that.
It's OK to back your favorite system, just be ignorant about it. Did you get information on X360 Resident Evil 5 sales in countries, NOT named America? I'm done trying to sell people on the PS3. Get what you want and...what makes you happy! Basically, without being ignorant, the PS3 offers someone more than any other system in the market. If your a FPS-only fan, or if you are strapped for cash, then there are other options out there for everyone. ALL THE SYSTEMS ARE GREAT AND HAVE REASONS TO BUY JUST THAT ONE.

Although I don't see many moves comming from the X360 (I'm certain that the new system is well underway and could be out SOONER than people are expecting) Ideas on Blu Ray, some type of motion sensitive controller, and WIFI, are much talked about among the MS camp.

As a PS3 fan, I am proud of the fact that I am non-biased, when it comes to educated video game analysis. With this being said, I think someone should get in the ear of Chris Lewis. This type of reckless "taunting" and "Were Number One" bragging not only places extra pressure on the X360 gaming department/developers, but could make you look stupid. As of today, PS3 and X360 multi-plats look similar. (Don't sweat the ridiculously small to the naked eye stuff) Superfans are better off focusing on the exclusive offerings from their favorite system.
The arguing points can be made better because these games are made by dedicated developers. Meaning, these specific games have special ingredients, in the form of Bungie, Epic, Insomniac, Naughty Dog, and Kojima Productions. Not only is it a much better argument, it a lot more fun...
The X360 is pretty damn amazing also, showing evolution in it's games as well. I have no beef with X360, just don't like Microsoft's business practice and approach to the building of the X360 system. Anyway, I LOVED Gears of War, Halo: Combat Evolved (Yea, I know it's a Xbox 1 game, but you can play it on the X360), and Geometry Wars. X360 is doing great and the 2009-10 sales will keep happening. Although I am a PS3 person (Don't hate X360 or Wii, just like what Sony offers ME), I know that the PS3 is very expensive, thus hurting sales of the platform. Xbox Live has created a monster, in regards to DLC. I don't support "Pirating", but when game developers try to get over on customers....I have a hard time feeling sorry about it.
