LOL the release date was the reason why the scorpio has a more powerful spec, if they release it now with the promised spec from e3 it will be very expensive.
why do you have to mention xbox, you could have said medium texture settings.
The mobile phone was never about a premium experience,
it was just for calling and texting.
Then you are not a die-hard PC gamer, a die-hard PC gamer would rather die than acknowledge a platform other than a PC.
@
I wasn't being sarcastic I have no interest in reading specs but I was being forced to, to justify my upcoming purchase If possible I would like to see the difference between $400 pc and ps4 pro on a 4k screen, native resolution or not whichever will look better on a 4k screen. I know a little more money would give a more powerful pc, but I have limited budget I'd rather spend the extra money on games.
6 reasons
1.)It plays Movies
2.)You'll have a "GAMING BOX" which you will use only for "MOVIES" amazing isn't it?
3.)You can also use it for 4k "MOVIES"
4.)It's a cheaper alternative to a 4k bluray player which plays "MOVIES"
5.)It can stream 4k "MOVIES"
6.)You can just sit all day without touching the controller to play "MOVIES". very innovative controller there no n...
so many fanboys in this site.
I just want to see the difference between the ps4 pro and a similarly priced pc. I don't care which wins
whichever wins will have a bigger weight in my choice of platform when talking about graphics quality.
But it all comes down to games but the games I want to play are available on both platform, so "currently" only graphics quality and performance matters to me.
And oh i'm not interested...
I hope someone would do an in depth unbiased performance comparison vs a $400 pc
graphics settings on pc set to match the ps4 pro's graphic settings. then compare framerates.
They should compare it with a $400 pc so people could decide what to buy.
It does not benefit sony if people are just going to buy a ps4 pro for bluray playback.
People are just going to buy it because it will be cheaper than a 4k bluray player and never use it for games.
People were holding back on buying because of the rumors about ps4 pro
Sony made that clear during the meeting, these people who won't buy the ps4 pro are just butt hurt because they can't accept the idea that others will be playing the games with better graphics. (Well that is the only logical reason why people are not happy about this), I have a mid range pc and I get jealous of people who could afford high end pcs, but still happy I can play the games I like.
I think sony is on the right track, microsoft is slowly making pc platform an xbox hardware, xbox exclusives will be available to windows 10, I know that not every pc gamer use windows but given the choice of being able to play exclusive windows 10 games together with other non windows exclusive pc games people will eventually upgrade to windows 10(well because gamers like games). I think sony took a hint, they did what they had to do. Xbox scorpio will just be another pc with microsoft cust...
2017: xbox scorpio $499
Ps4 pro $299
Lol @ article 4k is an innovation? Idiot
Well it will be the best for 1 year, then people are not going to care about scorpio anymore.
"These are the highest quality pixels that anybody has seen" -LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
Microsoft named it project scorpio, they didn't even tried to name it " xbox one plus" or any name with xbox one name on it, basically they're admitting that scorpio is next gen which is backward compatible with xbox one.
From the prospective of a "a rich pc owner " - fixed
The same can be said for PCs
corrected
The same can be said for "HIGH END" PCs
-a lot of casual gamers are happy having a pc which runs games at an acceptable framerate and graphics quality.
but there are also gamers who are not contented if their games are not running at max settings @ 144fps.
