if you want shitty graphics to emulate console you can just turn down the settings.
basically the only acceptable reason now to be a console user is because console hardware is "cheaper" which is only true during the first year of launch, after a year pc is cheaper when you look at performance to price ratio. and oh exclusive games another acceptable reason.

I thought you're going to buy a gaming laptop, I suggest that you throw away your xbox one stick to your laptop, if you want to play on the couch connect your laptop to your tv if you want to play at two different places at your house at the same time buy another gaming laptop.
Rockstar knows that there are gamers out there who are eager to play their games as soon as possible and will probably buy a console to play their games, so they first release their games on consoles, after gaining a lot of sales on console they will release it on pc. and those who have already purchased their games on consoles will again buy it on pc for superior graphics and mods.

PC is cheaper in the long run if you plan on waiting a year or more before purchasing a game, so it is only cheaper when you want to play old games.
