As to your question no, they are not AAA because they don't have millions of dollars backing up their development. AAA games are like big box office blockbuster movies, they might seem like crap compared to some lower budget under the radar movies, but they will be successful based on the the amount of effort(or money) put into it and marketing to sell it to an audience.
The games you mentioned may all have positive attributes but ask most people if they've even hear...
I don't think you know what AAA means. Guild Wars 2 is the only one you mentioned that is likely to have over 1 million sold.
Tera has cool combat, but very little else going for it right now, Firefall looks like Global Agenda, and I have the beta for Black Prophecy and it will not be a blockbuster even though it is kind of fun.
Normally I enjoy Gamasutra articles, but ya as others have said this is pretty much akin to guessing and not all that good of guessing as well.
As long as the marketing for SWTOR is top notch there is no possible reason for it to not have 1mil+ on day one.

Wall seemed to phone it in on the much of the second ME OST, not only that, it didn't have the same retro vibe that the first game had. The Tron Legacy sountrack could be copy+pasted into ME3 and it would fit.
Not really sure Mansell's work gives that same feel but to be fair the Tron legacy album was a pretty big divergence from Daft Punks norm as well. Hopefully Clint can make a compelling score that fits the universe.

I'm pretty sure they are keeping it vague because if you let her live you have to contend Rachni husks(which I believe are pictured in one of the magazine articles), conversely, if you killed the Queen, it be a major blow to your fight against the Reapers.

As far as DW7 goes, I've always loved the series mainly because I love the books and the old Romance of the Three Kingdoms games so added features and playability is a nice bonus.
A more adult take on the books/movies in game form would be nice, so far I've liked what I've seen.
