Shame we cant test the online PSN multiplayer to see what needs patching :P
I think FPS games can overshadow the releases of some other awesome titles at times, which is a shame. Overcrowding the industry spotlight I guess!

I know how you feel =/ When this was being reviewed by Ben I wanted to get it on PSN cause I kept hearing good things... was hoping it'd be back up yesterday but no.
The trailer itself is themed around the third film and that part of the game.
I fan of the multi-player in homefront. Felt it innovated a fair bit.
I am however more for the co-op side. Portal 2 did an awesome Job lately. Aslong as it's fun, engaging and let's people at together.. Multiplayer is good.

Worked for me until I got to 'Kheat' then it got silly.
They're close enough bar the darkness.. PS3 looks better ligher and Xbox is killed a bit by the shade. Can't help but thnk someones had fun with the levels in photoshop though..
There's nothing real about Homefront though.. It's based in the future and whilst trying for realism.. holds none.
Really...? Unchartered 3 is set to blow everything out of the water. Battlefield is only really confirmed as mentioned on ridiculously high spec machines..
I'm interested to see how it goes. I dont thnk there will be another generation yet as the offering would be too small.. or at least not worth touching until they've been out a few years and have decent offerings.
I'd imagine there has to be a limit, especially with series like COD and Battlefield.. If anything the real FPS games that can innovate the most are ones that dont try to base on realisms of war etc and focus on mental things like space and aliens!
My housemate gave me the weirdest look when I said I was excited most for uncharted 3 this year. He then told me his was the new COD... Its not even announced yet! Talk about overshadowing..
