I like the idea behind the OF games, but I didn't get on with Dragon Rising. Maybe Red River will be better..
I feel sorry for NT, being tasked with rebooting such an icon. Maybe publishers should just grow some nuts and try a new series rather abusing the classics until they're unrecognisable.
I've never been much of a handheld gamer. Pokemon Blue and Gold still get played on my trusty old GameBoy Pocket, though.
Shame, I was considering checking this one out.
Had mixed feelings on this one. Will definitely check out the demo now.
great way to catch up
+1.
I've stuck with Xbox through 4 console failures, which is, I think, technically rather stupid of me. (I've only paid for two consoles, I got three free replacements under store warranty).
None of those on the Xbox triumphs appeal to me.. so I have to wonder, why have I stuck with Xbox? Honestly, the only reasons I don't have a PS3 are the expense and the controller. There's already a Wii in the household and it gets played roughly once a year. Looks like it...
Just about still worth the Steam sale price from last year, though.
I think I very vaguely remember playing this game (or a version of it) before. I also vaguely remember it being quite fun.
AlienCab looks great.
I don't own a Playstation, but I've played Ratchet & Clank before. So much fun.
Definitely tempting me to buy a PS3...

Not my thing, but at least with it being a Mario game there's a much higher chance of it being actually good, rather than just cashing in on motion controls.
Can't say I've ever played either. Great article, though.
Agreed. And it's not just violence, either. Add sex and definitely language to the list.
Definitely looks like fun.
Good list. I played GTA4 and Halo Reach for a few hours each and, well, meh.
