You can get it if you have a JPN PSN account. I have it on my PS3, but haven't tried to add the account to the PS4, should be possible though.
Glad to see Japanese developers getting behind the PS4, it would be great tragedy if they all abandoned console games for mobile development.

Everyone is crying about the gameplay yet no one has even played it. The press watched a live demo played by developers. Sure it looks like your run of the mill cover shooter, but there definitely is more to it. We are all seeing the first 10 minutes of the game, no special weapons, puzzles, exploration, metal bending physics, etc.
You really believe that this game is nothing but cover, popout shoot, cover? get real!
I hope the secrets are worth putting in the time. A lot of people don't have the luxury of playing through a game twice.

Seems that everyone is burnt out on cover shooters. I think the story, setting, and characters will be the saving grace of this game. Hopefully RAD delivers on those fronts.
