Chrono Cross is an excellent game. lost my original so I bought it on Amazon for $20 about a month ago.
the stealth aspect of the game is really appealing. Its been being developed for a couple of years now, so I don't mind waiting a little longer for them to put it all together.
Indigo prophecy was an excellent experience, if the gameplay in heavy rain is anything similar, this game will be awesome.

although I will be playing it on the ps3, with all the quests this game has my friends are going to think I moved or somthing.
144 voice actors is huge. I really hope the game can live up to its potential.

He doesnt have all the weappons until later in the game, and equipment weight hasnt prevented other games from allowing the character to swim. Also the weight of his equipment doesnt prevent him from scaling buildings, and rooftop jumping like an acrobat.

by the time a GOTY edition came out,though I dont think it will, Ill have moved on to other games.

I think its only a matter of time before we see even more of this. I personally am not a big fan of large DDs. But mainly because I live in the middle of nowhere, with horrible IPs.
I like both games, but for me Oblivion is the way to go. Why not continue what they know they do well, and what fans will enjoy?

With EA its always hit or miss. And it will be hard for the game content itself to represent the book. But if they pull this off it could be huge.
I was reading about this in the AUG 07 issue of Gampro before I had a ps3. Really glad its still being developed.
