this actually isn't that new of a feature... i bought the sam and max the devil's playhouse bundle and everytime a new episode hits the store PSN messages me reminding me that it's available for download... they also include an attachment to take me straight to game in the store
i honestly have no clue how many copies of modnation racers or 3d dot game heroes were sold.. i'm just saying that i'm guessing the reason they're not mentioned in sales articles is because maybe they sold pretty well but i could be completely wrong who knows.. i'm not saying they sold better than alan wake though
no one is hating on alan wake.. you just assume so and in turn mention 2 games that just so happen to be ps3 exclusive...maybe the reason those 2 games you brought up are not mentioned is because maybe they happened to sell pretty well when compared to alan wake.. maybe they didn't... i think the point is everyone expected alan wake to do really well but it fell a bit short... doesn't mean its a bad game though

agreed! I was absolutely hooked on the multiplayer for killzone 2.. i put about 122 hours into it and I'm super excited to see what they have in store for killzone 3's multiplayer at gamescom this year

I enjoyed far more games on my PS3 so far then I have on my 360. Only game I enjoyed on my 360 was ME2. Pretty much been collecting dust ever since.

well im a big fan of the metal gear series and any fan of metal gear knows that the story is a very important part of the metal gear franchise.. i have no problem with long cutscenes and when people try to say metal gear is more of a movie then a game its not really an insult because i honestly think thats the best compliment any game can get in my opinion.. if all you want to do is play then you have 2 options... either skip all the cutscenes or don't play a metal gear game and i disagre...

great score.. i'm not gonna lie the other halo games never grabbed my attention much even though i respect and appreciate them but halo reach is different story.. just by looking at videos you can tell this game oozes quality not that the other ones didn't... at the moment i'm broke because i spent money on the sports champions move bundle but i will definitely try to pick this up very very soon.. congrats bungie for going out with a bang
