This is totally not true. I game mostly PC but I love my handheld gaming. I've owned every Nintendo handheld and right now currently rocking my DSiXL. I think I might get a 3DS when it comes out too, I'm not even into 3D games but just the quality of Nintendo portable games is amazing. Pokemon Black/White can't come soon enough :3

It's still there. PCs have this thing called Infinite Backwards Compatibility. Consoles can barely play games from the previous gen let alone 2 or 3 generations ago.

SSX3, yes. The others, not really. SSX3 had a great soundtrack as well. Junkie XL, Fischerspooner, Fatboy Slim and Andy Hunter are great. I remember playing that game to death.. I maxed Griff out in a week and stuck with him the whole game. Moby is also a badass, but I mostly played him in the first one and Tricky.

Not even a week old and a patch is being applied.. what happened to a properly working and fully functional game at launch? Anybody remember those? Developers depend too much on gamers having Network access.. so sell a broken game and then plan to patch it within days. Pathetic..
No.. but they go out to buy iPods and then discover the App Store. At this point I'm sure there are more people with iPods than one particular console/handheld. Most recent numbers I saw have put iPod touch sales at around 45 million.
I have yet to play a sports game with as awesome a soundtrack as Pro Skater 2.

Half Life 2 revolutionized the way we play FPS today. Every first person shooter since has taken a leaf out of HL2's playbook. It is still the pinnacle of FPS storytelling, graphics are still good enough to make most console games weep.
So yeah, not a big deal. Valve hasn't been one of the most influential developers in the history of gaming or anything..
No.. he's right. This is an M rated game. And it is meant for adults. It's cool to let your kids play it if you feel that they are mature enough, but then don't get angry at those articles with studies that show violence in gaming is bad for kids and should be censored more.
The rating system is in place for a reason.
