Nintendo's consoles are not competitors to Sony and Microsoft any more. they complement them and ideally work as a secondary consoles. it is obvious and only blinds can't see that. we are comparing a console that sold more than 53 million unit to a console that sold less than 30 million units world wide and we are approximately 2 years from the start of the next gen. it is too late.

if you want to own the most powerful console ever made , then go ahead and buy the scorpio but if you are a gamer and want to buy the best place to play , then go and buy the ps4 pro.

There is no night and day difference in the visual because it is still ps4 after all. It is just a ps4 that will make games look and fit better on 4k TVs. Eventhough , the pro patched games do look better. Period.
4k upscaler makes them looks surprisingly good
I have a LG 49uh6500 and the games looks fantastic on it , especially if the HDR is on. I think the input lag is around 20 ms even in the HDR game mode.

well , having the most powerful console on the market will solve only one half of the equation. but releasing great library of exclusives - which is the remaining half of the equation - will take time and by the time they start to fix this problem , we will start hear news and rumours about playstation's next console.
they should invent and use new method to review games. for example , they may do a re-review to games every 6 months or something. games with patches and updates changes a lot and sometime it looks and feels completely different after one year of patches and updates.
