agreed. a quite year for all means big announcements next year. surprised at Microsoft making a whole new set of there exclusives though considering they should be making for next gen now. i mean sony didn't show a new uncharted which will be next gen and no infamous, no killzone,no LBP all the big ones all of which will probably open up next gen for sony

dont think it will be. they wouldn't have announced it so early. unless microsoft and sony are going to announce new console out of the blue which theye wont. e3 is the only stage to announce new consoles and that another year away in which i expect more news about this game. and more news means the platforms.
or even better maybe they trying to hide the fact its only on pc haha that would be funny for all the console fanboys, i have both so its win win
2013 e3 they WILL be announced by microsoft and sony i have no doubt about that microsoft will probably aim for a Q4 2013 release and sony probably 2014 summer time release i would say that a safe bet. but its all guess work this gen could be milked for another 3 years and we have no control and have to put up with it.
i smell a microsoft pay off to say this.

finally someone else making sense. the game was extremly scripted, not that its bad, not bad at all. but people will be mislead and disappointed.
iv'e said this so much on here but its assassins creed 1 all over again making it out to be something its not then when everyone plays it its disappointing because they was expecting something else.

i was thinking this yesterday about a few stand out games feeling very next gen. and a positive for next gen being it looks like we are moving away from the heavy focus on graphics (although it will still always improve) and FPS games and seems to be focusing back on the gameplay and new original ideas. i think next gen games are going to be very special if we are finishing this gen with games like these
