In my opinion I'd say PS1 to PS2, I know some would say easily PS3, but the improvements PS2 had over PS1 were very noticeable at the time, there's a lot of exclusive games that really proved how powerful the PS3 is, but out of those many, I'd say the likes of MLB: The Show, for a yearly sports game, that game managed to look better than most sports sports games, and of course, an honorable mention to Uncharted, just my two cents.
