High Five to anyone who can find the spelling mistake in the interview.
What's this guy smoking?
Lovin the N64 gameplay
I can't wait for the all great complaints that start rolling in once the real games come this year. People might actually have start getting creative. Whatever though, I'll be happy just playing the games on my wii.
Seems like EA put some effort into this, don't know what you guys are whining about.
Said it one and I'll say it again, SOTC was much cooler when people treated it like the -9 game it was.
Didn't know galaxy was superior in using paintings as portals to other worlds...
How can you grow out of great platforming Figboy?
Unless you're trying to say it's kiddy to which I say, grow up.
I feel bad for people who weren't able to play OoT in late 1998 or early 1999. It's harder for people to understand how much this game did 10 years later. People today who didn't play it upon release don't understand but this game was not presented like most games from the same time. The lighting effects, viewing angles, visual effects and detailed facial expressions were amazing for it's time and nowadays no one brings that stuff up. It's commonplace in games today but in 1998 you were in aw...
Imagine if this could play wii games too.
I probably wouldn't have even put ALTTP on my top ten list. It came off, to me at least, as a run of the mill ending. You find out what happened to everyone and you get congratulated for saving the world. If I had to use one word it would probably be, lame.
And thats fine.
You can like it but you've still got to look at it from a proper perspective and realize that just because you like it that doesn't make it a high quality game. Thats being ignorant not to acknowledge it's faults.
I had a blast playing Bad boys on the Gamecube and that game is pure garbage. While TOS2 obviously isn't as bad as that I know it probably won't be a great game either. As long as you realize that, more power to you.
Thats nice that you guys are going to play it, still doesn't change the fact that it's not a high quality game. I haven't played it but I' thinking this game probably got the score it deserved since we've seen a million other rpgs with the same problems.
OH SWEET!!!!!!!!
FF7 is important, it's quality does not even touch the importance it had though.
Through brilliant marketing Sony and Square brought rpgs to the mainstream using a game that had incredible cutscenes to market it. Most people didn't even know what they were buying when they went to stores trying to find the game. The game sold like crazy and none of the credit actually goes to the game, it's goes to some great commercials that worked like magic. If I was to make a list of the bes...
Again, not a Zelda fan, but I thought Twilight Princess might have been the worst of all Zelda's so you're not alone.
Is that most of the dungeons are just not that great. Almost all of them are a cake walk and the bosses that follow are pretty weak in difficulty and originality. Keep in mind I've never been a huge Zelda fan but I can't say I particularly enjoyed LTTP. The only one's I've played through at least twice are OoT and LA because they were simply the most enjoyable. And by God in 1998 OoT was the most fun you could have in a video game, it's just that certain parts didn't age well. Don't blame the...
SEGA is pretty smart, if this game turns out be a 9 or so Conduit 2 will make a great exclusive for the Dreamcast 2.
Even though I've never cried during any point of a video game, there's no reason some people wouldn't cry during certain parts.
Movies may be a superior art when it comes to drawing out emotions but that does not mean games can't draw out emotions themselves.
If you cried when Aerith died though.... you're either insane or you were on your period.
So wait...you guys haven't even played the full game and you're trying to talk down this review? Outside of the comment about the mage with the sword you guys don't have a real argument against this review. How can you even think you have a solid argument? Don't be so foolish.
