i like the unreal engine its made some great games (as well as some trash)the only problem is that some devs havent utilised it in their own art style , quite a few of this gens games look the same and its not user friendly for the ps3, i think with a bit more imagination and creativity this engine can still make some top quality games in the years to come
For me its like this, i PERSONALLY dont mind too much paying the £40 a year subscription charge as i feel i get my monies worth (excellent live service, free demo's, access to DLC etc etc) but should it become free then its an added bonus, i dont think £40 is alot of money, if i looked down the back of my sofas once a year i'm sure that would cover the cost
Just for the record the 360 doesnt need saving, its doing pretty well at the moment, selling a consistant number of consoles every month and outselling the ps3 for the past two months (according to NPD). Also in case your head is buried in the sand, its the ps3 that is selligng at a loss so you might want to think about that whilst your spouting your "360 needs saving" bull
How about some real news instead of anti MS propaganda that i have come accustomed to reading on this site, speculation isnt news, if that was the case then we could speculate that Sony will be dropping the ps3 after reading the news about ps2 still having sold more than the wii by 2011 (see yesterdays news). You would think that the ps2 would not even be a factor by 2011 but like we all know 2 add 2 doesnt always come to 4.

1. Its partially funded and exclusive to MS games for Windows and xbox 360
2. Its not on PS3
I dont think the marketing strategy is been that bad really, its just the lies and halftruths thats p1ssed me off the most, and the fact that your paying double than you would for a 360 when any differences in the exclusives are minimal
The only reason NG2 wasnt as good as it could have been was because everyone got sacked at tecmo, it was a bit of a rush job towards the end and even in its unfinished state there is NO ps3 game that can touch it in the hack/slash genre
First of all the only enhancement Bioshock is getting in all of the DLC thrown in for free seeing as though the game is one year old, secondly i wonder if Mr hip to the hop doggy fizzle gamer is going to cover this story? mmmmmmm

When a game is scored, i'm sure that other games that are also out for that system is taken into account and as the 360 has a bigger catalogue of games with an average higher metacritic score than the ps3 i'm pretty damn sure that this has some bearing on the review, hence the higher scores on the ps3.
To prove my theory, lets take a look at Perfect Dark Zero, on some reviews the game has got between 80-90 percent, now if the game was released today the game would get about 50 ...
None of those games are better on the ps3 than the 360, none what so ever, unless you read a ps3 mag of course, and as for bioshock, i think you might find that they are putting in all of their time to make the game look the same as the 360 version. I love people, always see and read what they want .
