Not only this, but I'm quite certain this WON'T be coming to consoles. And all this information has been around for a while.
I kid you not, while watching the footage for this game during the press conference, I was about ready to turn off the TV. From the look, to the linearity, to the whole "breach through the door and shoot guys in slow motion" mechanic, this is a complete carbon copy of Call of Duty. Between this and Dead Space 3 pretty much being an all out action game, I lost a lot of faith in games this year.
Fond memories? The game is like a year old.
I really hope the co-op is separate. Having a second player would completely kill the atmosphere.
I played the crap out of Torchlight. A beta could would rock.
Teething, I really hope you're joking.
I hate to point to Metacritic, but IGN isn't the only site hating on it. Stop being jackasses.
These are all horrible, seriously. And if anyone were dumb enough to want to replace their cover art with some crappy fan made ones that don't even represent the game, they wouldn't be able to use these ones because they don't have backs or spines.
I love these games so much. I've been waiting for a new game since 2006.
Did I miss something or is there really no Jak on this list?
Isn't this the same reviewer who gave Grand Slam Tennis a bad review because of the controls? You know, the same thing everyone else liked it for? I remember Eurogamer getting a review copy of that game and giving it a bad review and then finding out their copy was unfinished or something so they changed the score. That's probably the same thing that happened with GameSpot.
My point is, GameSpot doesn't really seem to know much about controls. They also complained...
What the fuck? I just watched the review and the whole thing was practically bashing the game, and then it gets a 9.1? Get your shit straight GameTrailers, I was expecting a 7 or something. Don't bash a game like crazy and then pull the rug out from under us and give it a fantastic score. It's confusing.
Well I'm excited.
I don't get why this is on-rails, seeing as the Move has an analog stick.
That was extremely short lived.
I'm going to guess you're a virgin.
Dark Souls can be beaten in under two hours. This means nothing, especially to a fan who wants to actually enjoy the game.
As amazing as the game looks, I'm expecting lower scores all around because it's not as big of a step forward as Uncharted 2 was. Nevertheless, I expect that reviews will be fantastic and I'll love it more than Uncharted 2.
Brutal Legend is a classic?
It's a totally different type of game. Think Diablo.
