I'd say 2015 if we're being optimistic. You know how Square-Enix have been these last few years when it comes to game releases, especially this game.

Well if Activision still has it then they may as well turn it into an annual FPS. Either way I won't even touch the franchise unless it's made/published by Sony. That might sound closed minded, but whatever. Crash died at CTR, though Wrath of Cortex was decent.
BC2 had awesome multiplayer. It just lacked jets.
Not sure what laws you guys have in the US, but in the UK it's the responsibility of the retailer even if it's not their fault. We have a six month warranty on electrical goods.

Their biggest mistake was not buying the rights off Universal in the first place and just letting the competition get their grubby mitts on it.

I was just shocked back in the day that Sony never bought the rights off Universal. That would have been the first thing I'd have done if I were Sony.

This and Halo 5 were the games that got me interested in the Xbox One. I shall definitely pick one up sometime when these games are out.
I'd also like Remedy to work on Alan Wake 2. I want to see more of Alan and hear more of The Old Gods of Asgard aka Poets of the Fall.
