This is exactly the reason why Nintendo don't try harder.
Too expensive, poor emulation and a poor selection of games.
Sure, games are going to look better on the PS5/next Xbox, but the leap will be very small, maybe even smaller than the leap between the previous gen and the current gen.
I would expect most next gen games to run at 4k/60fps with slightly better graphics. These next-gen consoles have to be affordable, so they won't be uber powerful.
Hard to believe that these companies have no idea how to run a business. If you put out poor quality products and then have the audacity to insult your customers, then of course your business is going to struggle.
In short, this is well deserved. Screw you EA/Bethesda.
