Its not surprising, I went into Currys the other day to have a look and there was about 2 on show, one was about £1,500 and the other was over £2,000. Also, there just aren't enough 3D movies to warrant a purchase in my opinion. If 3D becomes more mainstream, with alot of new movies and games being released in 3D then I'll definatly pick one up, especially one that is glasses free, but they won't have refined the technology for a while yet, so I'm just holding out fo...
Aslong as he doesn't play as if FF was turned off like a certain army, then I'm all for it.
Oh, and no grenade spamming, those things cost money you know.
I'm going to wait for the technology to be more refined, with bigger screens then I'll probably buy a non- 3D glasses Sammy tele; and more importantly, when the prices come down.
Actually PLAY the game before you say its a copy of the Halo and Unreal games.
Its so racist you can play as a black girl...
Then again, the ignorant journalists only said Sheva was included because of the racism claims, but she was around before all that. *Sighs*
I wish they wouldn't hype us up with a trailer and then decide to release the game 5-6 years later. I mean, why show a trailer to a game in 2006 then be doubtful about a 2011 release?
This is good news, demos are always appreciated.
Glad I didn't vote Conservative. ;)
Seriously though, MPs should just shut up about games they know nothing about.
If they stick to the formula used in RFOM and Retribution, whilst keeping some sort of co-operative online mode then R3 will surely be as good. I just want a European setting again (or even Russia). :(
On Sheva: "Only downside: her fetishy and completely random tribal downloadable content outfit. Pretty messed up. Baby, steps people."
Thats a downside? 0.o
I was actually thinking about EON last night, it was one of my favourite PS2 games which is why I'm pleased about Bloodstone being like EON; and besides, we won't have Bond 23 for a while, so its good to have another movie like installment.
Apologies, they too are games that I look forward to, I just gave a quick summary of epic titles in 2011.
Come on Uncharted 3! :D
Motorstorm Apocalypse
Killzone 3
Infamous 2
Resistance 3
Uncharted 3?
2011 - year of the Playstation it seems.
Its a great song which works well with the game, I play it in my car occasionally.
Tokyo Drift?
What I wanted was the European setting, or even taking the fight to Russia, which isn't happening it seems; but the other things I want in R3 still stand. For example, the weapon wheel, Rachael Parker narration, RFOM's colour scheme as I felt R2 was too colourful. I mean, it was like going from a Speilburg movie i.e. Saving Private Ryan to a Michael Bay movie like Transformers which has saturated. I know I'm nitpicking here but it was one of the things that gave RFOM its atmospher...
If the multiplayer is good then thats great and I'll no doubt be playing it, but none of us know whether it will affect the quality of the single player campaign. Did the quality suffer in Uncharted 2 with the multiplayer mode? no. The story and gameplay is top notch, and the multiplayer is very fun indeed. Do I expect the same from Visceral Games? yes I do.
Cool news, I bet lots of players will make film and game parodies. I'll definatly give it a shot.
Not every video game movie is a disaster, well not in my opinion anyway. I do like the Resident Evil films, but I don't associate them with the game franchise because they're so different. I will be seeing Afterlife, hopefully in 3D because I hear the 3D effects in this movie are pretty good.
Oh and Silent Hill is probably the best video game movie because atleast it tried to be faithful, despite no Harry Mason etc.
