The NX must be at current gen standard, as powerful as the XB1 at least. Nintendo can't afford to release another console a generation behind.

I would have preferred Free Radical's attempt. It looked like a classic Battlefront, and you could actually fly into space, which was incredible.
Free Radical's version is why I won't buy the new Battlefront.

This is starting to happen with my white XB1 controller, but fortunately it's not resulting in actual input. That happened to my 360 controller...
I didn't encounter a single issue, but I guess I'll still download the patch just incase. It's crazy how large patches can be these days, bigger than actual games themselves.

Spot on, the only thing this Battlefront has over the last one is the graphics and audio. Otherwise the last Battlefront had way more features and was more fun.

Same. The core gameplay mechanics are good, but it just doesn't feel like a Battlefront. I had way more fun with Battlefront 2. I hate having to get to markers to use power ups or vehicles and I hate how restricted everything is. The AT-AT is automatic and isn't much variety with weapons.
I'm going to give this a miss, at least until it's cheap.
