I have really slow internet. It took me 5 hours to download Mass Effect.
Unfortunately in my town, our internet speeds average 7 Mbps. In fact, the UK has a whole has crap internet speeds. That's why I don't think cloud gaming will become a proper mainstream alternative for quite a few years, not until internet speeds improve and governments start investing in better infrastructure like fibre optic broadband.
Hmmm. Maybe he should stop trying to ruin the video games industry instead of worrying about his love life.
When I see her I think of Gangnam style.
Obviously, there is more than one way to kill, but lets be honest here...all of these massacres are carried out by psychos with GUNS. High powered assault weapons that should really be used by the army/special ops and not by members of the general public.
If you make it easy for a psycho to get hold of a gun, believe me, they'll take full advantage.
How many gun related deaths do you hear about in the UK? not many. Why? because of our laws. It hasn't ...
If my game suddenly paused to advertise Coca Cola or breakfast cereal then count me out.
I think we should be blaming America's lax gun control laws rather than a random sci-fi video game.
Oh, it's ready. :D
My body is ready for next-gen.
I'm just gutted we have to wait until March in Europe. :(
This sucks, I was going to pre-order this from Amazon.com instead, but I'm not sure if the Vita download code will be compatible with a EU PSN. :(
I wish Amazon UK would hurry up and list this.
You know Dead Space should really be set in...you know...space. It's in the title.
I doubt Sony will include interactive adverts that pause your game whilst you're playing. That would be commerical suicide.
As for blocking used games, it's unlikely, but some sort of universal online pass thing might be implemented. It's hard to say but with the current economy, it would be wise for companies not to alienate their consumers.
I'm glad there won't be a Mass effect until around 2015. Bioware hopefully won't rush this like they did with ME3. That game needed at least another year's worth if development.
Maybe in ME4 they will bring back Mako exploration and let us go to every planet from the trilogy. It felt odd in the sequels not being able to visit certain planets i.e. Ilium. Oh. and maybe they will ditch the auto dialogue.
Good job we now have all three on the PS3.
I'm about 13 hours into ME1 on the PS3 and I love it more now than I did when I completed it on the PC.
I'm not expecting to play as an older Lara in an origin story, but I'd rather not have an origin story.
The only 360 exclusive I'm buying next year is Gears of War Judgment.
I don't see anyone owning 4K TVs for many-many years. They're too expensive. Unless you're rich there is no point.
The PS4 only needs to do 1080p at 60fps. That should be the standard of next-gen games.
To me this isn't Tomb Raider. I want to play as LARA CROFT, not some girl who has no skills and screams when being hurt etc.
Tomb Raider was all about escapism, to play as a sexy woman who could do anything and fight dinosaurs etc.
Yeah, I mean she even has her own version, although I prefer the original.
