I don't think people has problems with reboots, I've seen a fair share of them but changing an iconic character is just hard to swallow.
Not seeing Trish and Lady would be even worse for me.

I think you misinterpreted what we said. What we meant is DMC4 ain't as bad as DMC2, no one is saying its not bad. lol!
If its between DMC2 and DMC4 of course DMC2 takes the cake as the worse in the franchise. ...
Isn't it even more funnier that the 360 had a full year head start and got beat badly by the Wii and is just barely ahead of the PS3? (Who's price btw is still much more expensive than the competition)

I think players where more accepting of DMC3 because 2 was just so bad and 4 wasn't that bad. Furthermore Dante didn't look like a drug addict nor is he an Angel!
I mean its not Angel may Cry its Devil may Cry! (I just hope Ninja Theory has a good reason for that Angel mode)

I love Persona as much as the rest of you guys but there is just no denying that FFVII had a huge effect on the industry and you just can't take that away.

Since I'm already in the workforce I can tell you. It will become even less but once you have kids it will come back a little, only for you to play with them and their games. lol!
There is a reason Mario and Zelda are popular franchises to this day because we older gamers can live with them than lets say a Mii on Wii Sports or Pokemon. lol!

Actually I think the PS3 would have taken over IF it didn't launch at $500-600 price point. I don't think the PSN being free was the major factor the factor was the high price of the console compared to the competition.
I mean you pointed it out at $299 Sony is selling well. Imagine if they where at the same price point as the 360 back then.
Edit: I believe Sony was trying to get the gamers who doesn't want to feel obligated to pay for an online ...
The people who believes that the dedicated handheld market is dead. Those are the number 1 people who disagrees.

They probably just don't understand yet. Everyone grows up even gamers. There will be a time that you'll just have to cut back or leave gaming to pursue other things in life.
