I game on pc I used to use a I3 I could never get games to run at highest settings at 1080p. So I upgraded to a i5 along with a hd7950 to go with the upgrade used to have a gtx460 aswell with the I3
They could atleast put in a Intel core I5 in it atleast for that price point not a top of the line I5 but something that's suitable for gaming atleast

If true your looking at about a 3-6fps gain from a 10% boost if you look at the performance of the current x1 games they range at 30-60fps this may allow them to up the resolution slightly if they want to lose those 3-6fps. Capacitors leak it's just hard to identify if they have or not, many factors can cause them to leak not just a wrongly mixed compound

This could be a capacitor on the motherboard they can leak fluid. Thermal paste won't do that as it's to thick and is more likely to dry up than run across the motherboard etc
im replying to your comment below, i dont know how they find it unbalanced both teams have access to the exact same guns etc as its all already unlocked, what it is like you said there is no aim assist. and i find the gameplay far from slow especially on the smaller maps especially park that map turns into a complete klusterfuk lol
