People have we already forgotten that Sony was the one that refused the tech in the first place? If anyone would know the specs and limitations of the Kinect besides Microsoft it would be them. Sony usually brings facts to the table instead of lies, half truths, cheap shots and claims of impending failure
If this is true it's not a wise move. To base a whole studio on hype, preorders and potential would be suicide. Microsoft has not proven that the Kinect has the staying power or fanbase to be more then just a fad or even if it is better than the Move or Wii. To use up precious time and resourses making a whole studio for Kinect only for Microsoft to drop it completely would be foolish.
I like the Move the way it is but if they had been able to make this work it would have been awesome. Much more Minority Report like. Oh well. Next time maybe on the PS4.

I don't see how there are so many videos showing what Move can do and the potential it has and people still defend the Kinect with videos showing it still glitching and lagging and based on Microsoft's empty promises of games in the future that they have yet to show any examples or tech demos of. They keep saying they can make hardcore games but don't give any examples or proof of what it is that they are going to do or how they are going to do it.It's sad rea...

Kind of feel bad for anyone who isn't byuing Move because of the unfair exaggerated Wii/Kinect and price comparisons being made They are really going to miss out on some great games and experiences like this. Ah well, maybe they will change their minds when it actually comes out.

Mostly everyone always predicts Microsoft's success and Sony's defeat no matter what happens. Even when Bluray won, everyone claimed that Microsoft didn't really care if they won or not because of digital movie distribution. It is not a matter of logic anymore. It is a popularity contest that people will say anything to kiss up to there system of choice whether it makes sense or is wild speculation and assumptions
I haved seen many times that it is not wise to compare your game with another game before it even releases. You raise peoples' expectations too high and they judge it more you harshly then they would of if you hadn't made that comparison, especially if your game doesn't deliver everything it promised. My advice, stay humble and let the gamer decide if it truly is equal to or better than UC2
Actually it's good that Sony is intergrating the Move into current games as well as making Move games. Microsoft is making the exact same mistake Nintendo did. Nintendo has never successfully succeeded in properly intergrating the Wii controls into third party games . With Kinect not intergrated into their current line up they have lost the chance to prove it's strength and versatility. Wait, is it six feet from my television or a six foot radius? I might have six feet from my television but not all around? Anyway hate to bust the Kinect parade ballon but does it matter how far you stand back with the Move? Does it need a specific amount of space?
