You would have to be a very stupid and desperate person to get between the hackers and Sony while this is going on. This could get very ugly and people are going to get damaged. You don't want to get the fallout from this, trust me.
Microsoft made a huge mistake bringing out Kinect 2 months after Move. Nintendo already has most of the 'casual' and non gamers. Move has more than enough time to scoop a big chunk out of that fanbase. By the time the Kinect releases, they will only have the remaining scraps and the fanatics to rely on for sales. And I can guarantee that won't equal the 4 million unit sales everyone thinks Kinect will sell.

I can barely stand Nintendo being on the top of the totem pole of gaming but Kinect becoming mainstream? If that is our future of gaming sign me up for the future Sony/Nintendo revolution and together we will take Microsoft down.
I am not sure how to take this news. Does that mean we will have choice to use the glasses or not to use them? Are there advantages and disadvantages to either one? Does that mean that I shouldn't buy a 3DTV now and should wait to watch it without the glasses? Kind of confused here.

Do me a favor. Go up to any hardcore 360 owner and ask them if they are going to buy Kinect. You will get the same sarcastic laugh 90% of the time. Wow, Kinect shafted again. And it isn't even out yet. This must be a world record or something. I don't think I have every seen a device recieve so much negativity from not only other gamers, reviewers and developers but the system's own fanbase.
I think it only matters if you have a system that is not a PS3. I can get KZ3 in March and buy Rage later in the fall. Who cares which is slightly betrer than the other? Killzone 2 looked better than Resistance 2 and I still brought both. As for PC and 360 owners, carry on.
