I don't undrerstand why everyone is complaining about the ad campaign. Sony has already outlined what they are going to do and they have 2 months to do it with and they are even going to have kiosks until next year so you can test out the Move. Just because Sony doesn't do the 'pull my pants down so i can get some attention' type of advertising that Microsoft does doesn't mean their methods won't be as effective.

That makes no sense. Why should I open the security of my console just because you say you will be honest with it. Nothing Microsoft does is a big deal. Even abandoning the original Xbox before it was even finished a normal console life to make another system with a 30% fail rate that took 3 years to fix wasn't a big deal. But you can be assured if the price of PSN goes up, everyone will make sure that is a big deal

If Sony wins the case tomorrow I will become illegal to sell these things. I know I will get disagrees for this but Microsoft has corrupted Rare with bad and gimmicky ideas. I agree fully with you guys. Forget the Banjo Kazooie with cars, the fitness games and Kinect K.I. If Sony wins this they will no longer be able to sell this out in the open anymore.It will become illegal and people will be less willing to sell it if they know they could be arrested or sued for selling it.
