They'll be announcing the new expansion at BlizzCon later this year. Blizzard don't make announcements at E3.
In short: The game was downgraded because the consoles were released with outdated hardware.
Its a shame really, cause the 360/ps3 released with hardware that made the PC have to up the ante.
The consoles should have cost more with better hardware, I think MS/Sony cheaped out on hardware for the low low price.

Until they make a serious Chinese/Jap version with Ninja Assassins I certainly wont be buying another Creed game. Last one i bought was Creed 3.

Yeah I know my CPU is old but I figure ill wait for the next level of Intel processors to come along before i do a full revamp if I find Ultra hard to achieve on games later this year then for xmas ill build a new rig.

And I think we need a dev like Rockstar to do it. As they can make a believable open world an I can imagine hovering above the city and hearing a scream for help. Even photography is in the gta 5 already perfect place for Superman.
Ok I'll concede, but i really don't think we will see such a graphical leap later in the gen, I doubt any game is going to look better than The Order 1886 at the end of the gen.
But of course i could be wrong.
Just remember what had to be sacrificed to achieve the visuals of The Order. Is it truly worth it?
Lol at least the order an ryse look good? Like that's testament to anything useful. They are examples of what devs should not be doing. Gameplay must always be the first priority not visuals.
I'm glad those two games failed to achieve critical acclaim cause they are the sort of games we Don't need in this industry.

Thats basically what he is saying in the headline. Don't expect a major graphical leap as these consoles are already showing you the best they can Output.
Unlike PS3, the PS4 is using a PC-like processor and not a custom one like the Cell built into the PS3. This means devs already know how to use it fully and don't need to learn anything.
What you can expect in the future is New techniques to form better visuals but thats it.
