I ain't a fanboy for either console. My PC is number one for me and I can tell you right now Xbox One has sold itself to me for this fall I'm going full Xbox live this winter.

I tried the ps now beta UK here although the service works it didn't lag for me but you do notice the downgrade in the visual dept. I was playing infamous 2 and it did start to bother me that the image wasn't sharp.
And yet the service isn't free and I think at its current cost it's far too much. So no it's no match for the x1 backward compatibility.
I don't even think Sony know what to do with the Project Morpheus. I see it going the same way as the PS Move....
All these companies tryna force VR down our throats it's gonna be a huge belly flop it just won't catch on. I tried the oculus rift my manager being a dev had a dev version. It's good for a play about but it's not a game changer nor is it more than a gimmick. I can't see anyone using it day to day as the standard for gaming.

@Chrish, theres nothing wrong with Open World games, it all depends on who does it. GTA 5, Witcher 3, FallOut & Skyrim show that Open world games can provide true wonders and depth.

@kraenk12m I cant see them missing out on something as huge as Red Dead also I cant see Rockstar refusing it to be emulated as theres no signs of a remaster.
Totally agree. I'm a PC gamer primarily but I also have consoles for their exclusives.
Everything you said is correct. I for one understand the need of easy plug and play which consoles provide.
I'm looking forward to Halo 5 on my x1 this fall and FallOut 4 on my pc.

The Rare collection and backwards compatibility is just so huge for me. I can't wait to be able to play Red Dead on my x1 - hopefully it's added to the list of supported games when it launches.

As a battlefield and Star Wars fan. I'm unimpressed with battlefront. Just doesn't look compelling at all. Luke skywalker model looked like something made 10 years ago and looked like it played horrible too.
I'll be going with Halo 5 and FallOut 4 as my games for this fall.
Why would anyone want a game full of big empty areas..... Such terrible design. That's why I got no interest to return and play fallout 3.
I'm sorry but the colour pallet of FallOut 4 is sooooo much better than FallOut 3.
Dark and gloomy just isn't a fit for a game like this. Look at the beauty of the witcher 3 cause of bright vibrant colours.
To a certain extent indeed. Gameplay must come first at all times or we are left with shallow games like The Order.
Witcher 3 stands as the example of a game with the right balance of visual fidelity and great gameplay depth and immersion.
But let's not forget there are games with different art styles that still provide great experiences without amazing graphics. The telltale games for example. I love walking dead and the wolf among us never once was I in...
One thing I'll say is This trailer is amazing think I've watched it 5 times already. Blur studios are incredibly talented I wish I could find them myself to make a Star Wars movie already.
As for swtor since they are copying wow with the char boost for this expansion I will certainly give it a spin again. Got a 50 marauder and assassin waiting there. Think I'll try a Juggernaut with this expac.
Agreed love the way this new Fallout is looking I admit I didn't complete 3 got distracted by other games.
But I can see me completing this one. But right now I don't know how I'm going to balance my time between Halo 5 and Fallout 4 lool

Shooting humans in the head to only see numbers pop up and they can still run for cover doesn't work. It works in games like destiny as your fighting monsters but humans no it doesn't work in that setting.
