Blizzard should never cater to those people. Cause then what? Blizzard open vanilla server then fans ask for a burning crusade server then wrath then cata an then mists?
So what happens when blizz is building new content for the Live expansion servers they leave the other servers to rot? No those fans will be begging for new content but with their Old expansion server.

Exactly, Respawn don't seem to realise that its not the lack of singleplayer that made people stop playing. Its the lack of CONTENT within the multiplayer.

Coming from a non-final fantasy fan. Yes the demo convinced me to buy it. Despite the demo actually being crappy til the last few mins where you get to play as the grown up Noct. Which then sold me on it.

I just don't see Division having any where close to the legs that Destiny has.
I don't play shooters for Story never have an never will that's the mistake some people make. I look for story in RPGs hence why I love Witcher an fallout.
When I played Halo 1 and 3 and Modern Warfare I put countless hours into those games. Didn't care for story at all. Shooters don't really ever do well story wise.
Only shooter I can think of with a story is bioshock an even then I find it hard to class that as a shooter.

Everything you said there is the reason I didn't pick it up. Played the beta and thought wow this couldn't be more Generic. It's not even a battlefield clone which imo would have Been far better.

Sorry but The Last Of Us has a lot more fun gameplay mechanics than Uncharted. From the crafting system to the cover and listening system. Even the enemy AI was something you just hadn't seen in Uncharted.

People will ask for vanilla, burning Crusade, Wrath of the lich king, Cata, Mists. Their customer base would become incredibly fragmented. Thats not good for any business.
