One of the reasons why I don't play CoD is because people die too freakin fast. This promotes camping. Which CoD fans love. They love campers because they camp themselves. You're not playing CoD right if you don't camp.

Look warprincess, CoD is trash. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is better than BO and MW2 that's how you the series is trash. Activision continues to struggle to pass CoD4.
The best online competitive multiplayer shooter this generation right now is Killzone 2. Battlefeild 3 will surpass it hopefully cuz this year FPSs have been disappointment after disappointment and MW3 will surely be part of the disappointments.

Killzone 2 is better than Killzone 3 that is why. Killzone 3 is not perfect at all warprincess. Killzone 3 is average and a disappointment because it tried to copy Call of Duty like Cryrsis did. Killzone 3 was not unique. Killzone 2 remains the best PS3 exclusive shooter. Killzone 4 might take that title some day, but Killzone 3 is definitely part of the failure list of First Person Shooters of the crowed 2011 year.

Does it really matter? Most PS3 exclusives sell over 2 million copies which is a very good number on a single platform. Halo, Gears, GT, GTA and CoD are the only games that consistently sell crazy numbers.
The way it is now the UC3 MP takes skill. In UC2 people moved to fast, sprinting and rolling/dodging away a soon as someone shot them from the back. Also in UC2 people would just fire shots and then quickly closed in and melee people. Now melee is a last resort. My only complaints about the beta is that my characters move sluggish and that the PLAYBACKS suck.

FF13-2 is not looking good at all. Even if the game isn't linear it won't help much with the battle system and tacked on quick time events.
